Roxana Valeton-Perez is a healthcare executive with more than fifteen years and a proven track record in the areas of Healthcare Business Development (profit/nonprofit), Grant writing, Managed Care, Ancillary Service Development and Physician Contracting. Mrs. Valeton was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of First Person Care Clinic “FPCC” in May 2017. Since joining FPCC, Mrs. Valeton has strengthened the financial and competitive position of the Federally Qualified Health Center “FQHC”. Mrs. Valeton is an anti-human trafficking activist and a fierce advocate of women’s rights and mental health illnesses. She leads meanly by example, always doing her best and encouraging others to do the same.

Denise Nolan has over 10 years’ experience working directly with clients from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds to define individual needs, assemble personal histories / career backgrounds, convey project statuses, and formulate strategic presentations. Easily instill trust and confidence in clients stressed by challenging work environments and life events; handle private client data with 100% confidentiality and integrity.

Mrs. Lindsay Dietz earned her undergraduate degree and licensure in Social Work at the Central University of Venezuela with publishing honors. She holds a Master’s degree in Administration and Project Management from Northern Arizona University with honors and academic recognition. Additionally, Mrs. Dietz holds a certificate in Infant and Family Studies from the Harris Infant Mental Health Institute specialized in Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing and Behavioral Health.

Her professional career started with the Venezuelan’s Children’s Hospital, the Venezuelan National Telecommunications Agency and then moving to the National Social Services Agency. Moving to the United States, she worked in the community services field with programs providing support to NICU families, immigrant community, foster care and children with disabilities. She has been a contributor to national/local workgroups, expert panels and other initiatives led by NACHC, Nor Cal HFMA, SHIFT, AHRQ, among others.

She believes in the power of collaborating with other women and sees how it lends to the growth of all involved.
